2 days in Paris

So, I have some big news to share! Matt and I booked a trip to Paris for the spring. I'm so excited! We'll actually only be in the city of light for two days—we're squeezing in a weekend en route to Marseille, Nice, Aix-en-Provence, Cinque Terra, and Venice—but I'm so thrilled that we are going back. I loved our trip there last year, and am already feeling overwhelmed at all that I want to do and see that we didn't see before.

I'm also taking French classes at a lovely little language bookstore in Brooklyn to prepare. Even though I studied French for 10 years in high school and college, I'm amazed at how quickly I've forgotten it! It's been so fun to meet once a week and practice conversation with a teacher, and 15 other students.

More updates to come soon on this trip, but I'm happy to cross two of my goals off the list for 2013. :)

PS—A peek back at my trip to Paris last year here and here

  2. Sara, have you been to Aix? I've never been and would love your tips! And yes, I know what you mean about having something to look forward to. The spring feels so far away, but I'm sure it will be here before we know it!

    Thanks for reading my blog!

  3. Me and my fiance had a great time there and we are going to cherish those moments forever. Paris is a dream destination like a heaven for any couple. We spent two beautiful weeks of our lives there and enjoyed a lot. We saw almost every touristic destination in Paris, but thing that captures my attention the most is the architecture of old monuments in Paris. Not just monuments you can see the impression of classy Parisian architecture on the newly made Paris apartments as well.

  4. I love to watch Eiffel tower during night and thanks to you remind my last trip here. 2 years ago i went for Paris with my friends in summer days and we all enjoy night life of this city. I also stay in villas near beach and through pool parties everyday. I love this place, its people and my girlfriend is also from Paris so i emotionally attached with this beautiful city.
