Remember last year when I had seven weddings? This fall, I only have two, but I'm so excited for both! The first one is in Montauk, the second one is in Maine—I can't wait to get away, toast the brides and grooms, and relax. :)

Did you shoot engagement photos before saying 'I do'? I'm always incredibly impressed by the creativity that goes into these types of pics. For example, take Sarah and Scott, the stunning couple above. Their engagement photos were taken by Patrick Moyer at Case Study House #22 — the Stahl House — in the Hollywood Hills. Don't you love the retro style? And the sweeping city views! It's very Mad Men, circa Don traveling to the west coast. Oh, LA. So ultra-glam!

Happy weekend! Rumor has it the sun is supposed to shine in New York. Such amazing news. :) I'm excited to toast my friend Barb's upcoming wedding with bachelorette festivities and more. She says 'I do' in just a few short weeks! I'm in the wedding party for this one, and I've been working hard to come up with ideas to make it as special as I can. Any suggestions? I'm thrilled to report that my tickets are booked — this fall, I'm officially traveling to Paris. :) Even better, I'll be spending half a week in Ireland first to celebrate the wedding of two very dear friends. So, let the planning begin! And please, send me any and all recommendations. My list of things I want to do is growing by the day — I would love to hear your suggestions, too!
