His illustrations above bring the words of his favorite authors to life — in a digital world, it's a lasting way to notate the lines he doesn't want to forget. Happy (almost) Mother's Day! In honor of the occasion, I thought I'd share the photo above — it's my mom and I at the circus when I was little, only five years old. My mom laughs at this pic because she knows exactly what was on stage: the elephants! Growing up, I was obsessed. :)

When I first saw these words artfully laid out, it made me think — how great if we could pick one small thing that would enhance our life and add more of it. Just like that! What would you choose? This month, I'd add champagne. Spring occasions are in bloom in my life — in particular with the seven weddings I have plans to attend. As a result, more bubbly seems to be the perfect fit.
